Production and Operations Management Experience

Managed all operations, including set-up and maintain safety, training and cross-training, production and proficiency metrics. Additionally created, implemented, and maintained Quality Control, PM/TPM, 5S, Kanban and spare parts management. Also managed the production and scheduling of 5 work centers with 20 direct reports; coordinated the new product costing of projects and materials, labor and packaging with PM, Sales, and system administration; Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, PM, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on time delivery per customer expectation 

 

             Planning/ Scheduling and Controls Experience

Developed benchmarks with a focus on reducing waste, minimizing set-up and change over, and increasing production efficiency, while scheduling the work-load and maintenance production using SAP DS and SAP APO. Analyzed MRP demand and requirements for multi-level BOMs, timely release and disposition of requisitions, coordinated and managed materials movement. Worked with PM, stakeholders, functional team members in all phases life cycle of development and scheduling of the IMS. Developed and managed program reports to include schedule variance, staffing/resource utilization, CPM, SPI and production/timeline status. Supported the planning, development, setup, implementation and training of Epicor 9.05 ERP modules.
